Cassandra Whellams is a professionally trained and certified ADHD Coach specializing in working with students, parents, and young adults whose daily lives are impacted by ADHD.
She received her Master’s Degree in education from the University of Nevada and was trained as a coach by the internationally certified ADD Coach Academy.

Cassandra began her professional career as an elementary school teacher where she met many students with ADHD. She worked closely with special education teachers to support ADHD students and to provide an environment where they could be successful, both those with IEPs and those without. While teaching as a clinical instructor in the College of Education at the University of Nevada in Reno, one of her responsibilities was supervising student teachers and supporting them in creating accommodations that would support ADHD students in their learning.

Her experience also includes over 15 years working with teens and young adults through a Christian youth ministry program and ongoing youth leadership programs. Her goal is to help clients understand how their ADHD brain works and to help them develop strategies that best work to support them. By building on their strengths, exploring their learning styles and processing modalities they will develop tools that will make life easier for them and give them the confidence they need to be successful.

Cassandra is available for private coaching, group coaching and teaches teleclasses to help teachers and parents understand the challenges of ADHD.
